The Dutch Golden Age

In the province of South Holland, we discovered the Dutch Golden Age in Delft, The Hague, and Leiden.

To buy that next piece of Beemster, Edam, or Gouda just smile and say cheese.

We left North Holland and traveled two hours by train to our new home for the month in Moordrecht, South Holland.

During our month in North Holland, we have skipped the main courses and survived instead by snacking like Dutchies.

From the saddles of our new second-hand Dutch bikes we are following the local way of life.
