We left North Holland and traveled two hours by train to our new home for the month in Moordrecht, South Holland.

During our month in North Holland, we have skipped the main courses and survived instead by snacking like Dutchies.

From the saddles of our new second-hand Dutch bikes we are following the local way of life.

In Alkmaar, we rented a small apartment, bought a couple of second-hand bikes, and set out to explore the province of North Holland.
